"From the airport transfer which was particularly difficult after landing to the superb reception staff service this was a lovely one night stay close to Charleroi airport. It may be basic but rooms are clean and warm , beds are comfy and the pillows outstanding , leading to a fabulous nights sleep. We didn’t do breakfast however the restaurant and bar looked lovely. Little seating areas around reception . Everywhere looked very clean and well kept. Would stay again if using this airport. I would stay the receptionist who welcomed us and checked us out in the morning couldn’t have done more and is well informed , helped with onward travel advise. Bus stop right outside the hotel for easy transport to rail or Brussels Centre "

"Great comfy stay. Very well priced and food was lovely. Was inconsistent with breakfast as various items didn’t arrive on day one it was highlighted on day 2 as they arrived which was too late."
